I will be blogging about this release (though I am not sure whether I will be using Punakea much as I like it -- my reasons below), but I have a question: are there some release notes that include recent changes (perhaps from 0.4.1 which I think is the one that has been around for a long time until this recent flurry of activity)? Thank you.
Punakea is a really wonderful app, but I have some issues with it: (a) in 0.4.1 clicking on certain tags in "All Items" view does not bring up the list of items, though they are tagged with that label and can be accessed in other ways, (b) the subsections/categories "PDF Documents", "Bookmarks", "Images" aren't always reliable. Perhaps both these issues have been reported and fixed in 1.0. (c) ultimately, my greatest need is to be able to do tagging within Mail, so that I can view messages by tag. I can do the tagging part with Punakea and see the list of messages, but since there is no preview option, I have to double-click on each message to bring it up in Mail, which is tedious. Quicklook support within Punakea would solve the problem.
