nudge:nudge is Johannes and Daniel, both computer science PhD students in the fields of information extraction and natural language processing. We started Punakea during our studies in 2006 as our first attempt to develop for the Mac platform. In 2009, we began our PhD studies, and since then face the difficult but motivating challenge of developing Punakea while doing research.
