Using a lot of tags, I can get a lot of results for a single tag. The ability to command-click (or option/shift/control...) a tag to *exclude* it would be handy. You could even put a nice red tag button to indicate that it has been excluded, next to those handy blue tag buttons you can click to get rid of them.

is it implemented yet? it would be great to toggle status of selected tags by option clicking: green for documents with the tag, red for documents without that tag

This feature is in 1.0.5. Just select two or more tags. Then, when you click on the blue bubble representing any of the selected tags, it turns red to exclude that tag.
