Tagger Does Not Seem to Work - Mac OS X 10.6.4

I'm in trial on this and can't seem to get this to work. The files WILL be tagged in dropping them on individual tags on the sidebar, but NOT in the tagger window. I'm able to create tags in the tagger window, and then when pressing DONE, the Browser fails to show the associated tagged files when a tag is selected.

Any ideas?

Hi, now this is very strange

Hi,

now this is very strange - can you please try to add tags (using the tagger) and then execute the commands explained in our FAQ under "How does Punakea add tags to files?" and send us the output (or put it here)?

I have never heard that one way of tagging works but another won't - after all, internally the files are tagged the same way.

Hope we can fix this together!
Cheers
Johannes

Are you pressing enter after

Are you pressing enter after you type each tag? I was having a similar problem, until I realized that I needed to hit enter for each tag that I typed in order for it to actually be recognized as a tag.

Hi, I have the same issue.

Hi,

I have the same issue. I drag files to the side bar's "drop files to tag" box. The tagger pops up. I type a new tag, and make sure I press tab to 'complete' the tag, and press Done. The tag is created, but the files are not associated. File association only works if I drag the files onto an existing tag.

Punakea trial version, 1.1.3 (1675)
OSX 10.6.5

I hope you can fix this as otherwise tagging files becomes tedious.
