I have Punakea on my MacBook Pro and iMac at home. If I transfer files do the tags carry over to to the other computer or do I have to "re-tag" them again? Same idea if I copy them to external harddrive? Thanks for the help. Love the program.

Copying/moving files will also copy the tags - at least if you're using the Finder and stay on Macs. If you move tags to a different Mac, be sure to rebuild your tag database (Tools -> Rebuild Tag Database), so that you can browse your files using Punakea.
