I am not sure if this has been mentioned anywhere, but here's something I found very useful (after taking the plunge and using the tag-structure as my main file management solution):
Drag your Tags folder (the one with the aliases to your files and folders) into the Finder Dock (I have it right next to the Downloads folder). This way you can always access your files straight from the Finder and not just through browsing in Punakea.

Ja, das ist wirklich sehr hilfreich; ich habe das Problem, dass mir P. bei mehreren Tags kein Ergebnis anzeigt, obwohl mehrere hundert (!) files eindeutig tagged sind. In der Alias-Auflistung erscheinen Alle unter ihrem Tag.
D. h. ich habe NUR auf diesem Weg eine zuverlässige Anzeige.

Das ist ein spotlight Problem. Ich würde regelmässig meine Spotlight Datei erneuern (und tue das auch), dann läuft alles wieder prächtig. Allerdings dauert das immer eeeeeeeeeeeewig...
